Brief updates.

Last fri- finally a friday with no class. had dinner at fairmount. Treat from aunt to celebrate cousin kenneth's bday. me n sis bought a 300-odd michael kors watch as his pressie. Glad tt he like it. =)

sat - woke up at 5.30am to prepare for cousin's church wedding. we are the sister cum bridesmaid. love her wedding gown. so nice. her photo shoot was unique too. i want sth likethat in future too! my cute little cousins as page boy n flower girl. uber cute! will post their pic when i get back my thumbdrive.

sun - visit my granny and went to cousin's hse at bayshore. kind of a hse warming. my cute cousins played pool. so funny cos the cue was long n heavy for them. but somehow they managed to shoot it in. then we had karaoke. it's nice to sit together and sing together. i guess it's time my dad update his karaoke songs so that the younger generation can use the karaoke system to prevent it from rusting.

mon - took leave to rest cos i was tired.. watched part of the Oscars, vaccumed the hse, changed d bedsheet and napped for a few hrs. then head down to grandma's place for farewell dinner for my aunt and uncle as they r gg back to america. mum cooked the all-time-fav kong ba bao but this time not in westlake style. =( nevertheless it's still yummy. i love the fatty part. *slurps* there's also shelled prawns, unshelled chilli prawns, honey ham air-flown from US, aparagus from my aunt's garden. there's durian (eerks) from my uncle plantation in cambodia and mangosteens. uncle played the video taken at my cousin's wedding. enjoyed this kind of gathering where we laugh, play and talk with our love ones.

i bought the chocolate flavor cos it says limited or only available at ginza. hahaha

this is our last meal in TYO. we've spent every single yen we hv. some of the food we bought using credit card.! lol! damn funny lo. first time i feel so poor.

the airport limousine bus we took to airport.

we met a s'porean couple at the hotel while waiting for the limousine bus to arrive. they are really nice ppl, helped us with our luggage cos we hv alot of bags, wait for us to get souvenirs from the airport shop. they even invite us to the first class lounge to rest. so nice~ good thing my colleague's fren helped us to check in for our return flight to SIN and booked the upper deck seats for us. cos for A380, upper deck for economy class is all twin seats and lower deck is the normal kind, usually 3 by 3 kind. muahahaa

Ta dah~ Finally i've posted the photos from my OBT. too many to post as i brought a ttl of 5gb memory space.

When we are gg to disembark at TYO, i started to cry when i saw the 3rd officer walking towards us cos i know we hv to leave after taking pic with him.. then my colleague cried too after seeing me cry. They are all very nice ppl. captain hugged us both to stop us from crying

After we disembarked and cleared the custom, the agent drove us to visit our head office then to our hotel at shinjuku. we checked in, settled down n headed out to explore ard the area.

we changed from a twin bedroom to 2 single rooms for the remaining 2 nights. good thing tt the twin bedrooms were fully booked for the weekends. prefer to sleep separate room with tt colleague. hahaha

we had korean sides, salad, lots of meats including wagyu beef. slurps slurps. tried the beef tongue not bad thou. quite Q. had the dunno which part of pork. super nice. cos it's fatty.

M.u.g.g.i.n.g.. =(

Last mid term paper this thurs! and final exams for EC and Log Mgmt in less than a month! Cant wait for Xmas!

Good thing was that the weather was cooling/very windy so we dont find it hot or stuffy.

Brief updates

- Life was good before the commencement of sch. Darling has been sweet. Hehe.
- Two fridays ago, i did soft rebonding to my hair cuz i wanna leave my hair long and my current hair length always irritate me, my neck/shoulders
- Last week, went night safari for the 1st time in my lifetime.
-Will be going onboard one of our vessels for training in about 2 weeks?!. Praying that all will be fine and no more postpones!!
-Tmr will be the start of the hectic week. I've block teaching everyday from monday to saturday!! AArrrgghhh!!

Ok got to go try and do my tutorial. My brain super rusty now. Will upload pics soon..

This had been stored in draft for like 2 months... muahaha

the nice and very famous restaurant in HKG at lan kwai fong, whereby the roast goose is sold at abt SGD80-90.

this HKG cafe serves nice food. esp the baked pork chop rice and seafood rice. the pork chop is damn nice lo! the outlet at lan kwai fong is often patronise by HKG artistes which is why tt outlet is charging lightly higher than others.

许溜山deserts located at almost everywhere, which we had almost every night there. there's other types and cheaper desert thou. but we just like having mango deserts.

Some temple which we went. We didnt go to Lantau island due to insufficient time....

Nite falls. We had the fast food there, the fried chicken thingy, after purchasing the souvenirs. it's yummY! and sat there while waiting for the fireworks to start as our energy level dropped to zero after we had gotten wat we want. Lol!
